our one month promised

i just chatted with my HONEY [ apple ping ]  , we were promised to meet each other after 1 month start from today !!! in this one month , i must to control myself , don't eat too much , don't sleep late , must do exercise everyday [ dance & fitness class ] and don't ever try to give up !!! one month later , i really hope i can meet her with my new image ...don't just a bit , but is a big change... honey , won't let you disappointed on me !! trust me ~ one month challenge for me !! lord , can u heard me ?? i'm calling for help now .. please help me !! change me , in this one month must control my mind ..hope u heard me , thanks my LORD  ! ! amen ~  kai fun , jia you , aza aza fighting ;D
